Comments:
Really nice RIW: 30 minutes in the water, 5 kicking from the floor. Before that I did some standard steeplechase work with Kale for a half hour or so.

As for my health, today was a big improvement. My appetite is coming back (plate and a half at dinner, woo!) and my strength seems to be returning to me.
