Leg 1 of Calistoga to SC relay

Weather: mid to high 80's with some decent wind

Comments:
1.5M warm-up.
First of 3 legs for the Calistoga to Santa Cruz Relay. I had an easy 4.4M through the streets of Napa. Ran 25:30ish, good for 5:50 pace or so. Mostly that was due to a stop light in the very beginning, and the running was more in the 5:35-40 range. Cramped up pretty quick because I had water 15-20 minutes before. Overall it was ok.
