Exercise Type: Elliptical

Comments:
5 minute warm up at 10-16 and 110-120 rpm, then 30 minutes of 2:00 on 2:00 off with the on segments at 20-20 and 90 rpm and the off segments at 10-16 and around 100 rpm. Finished with 2:00 really easy as a cooldown. Wanted to do this at lunch, but my mom came to see my sister so I went out to lunch with them. Had to postpone the elliptical to after work.
