Similar to Tuesday's workout. 4:00 warm up at 10-16 and roughly 90 rpm, then alternating 2:00 on, 2:00 off with the ons at 20-20 and 95-100 rpm and the offs at 10-16 and 100-110 rpm. Heart rate was about 170 during the hard segments and 150 at the end of the easy segments. Finished with 3:00 easy as a cooldown.
