Comments:
Felt hard, esp first 2 miles I was moving quick. last two miles where much slower. I was going to slack again today but was able to get out and go running. Also for the 2nd night in a row I did push up and sit ups!! May is looking like a great month but I need to get longer runs in, more push ups, sits up and stretching. I could use less ciggs as well.
