Comments:
decided that since I had such a shitty run earlier I was essentially just going to go and and do a "do-over" and although i felt better than I did earlier today, I still felt pretty bad for only running so little. I wish i could just fast forward to the point where I am able to just crank out 15 milers no problem. But that will all come with time.
