Got in a "quickie" before work. RUN!...Not "that" :)

After another 90+mi week and a good run yesterday, was expecting to feel tired and sluggish. Wasn't so! Cruised pretty well and just maintained a high-7 pace.

Very happy with the recovery. Hope I can get enough rest/recovery for Robie 2 the Riv on Sat.
