Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Very easy run on the trails. Felt weird at first but after a few minutes I started to feel really good. It was like freedom. I wanted to run forever. My foot didn't hurt but it still felt weird and kind of structurally unsound. I am very doubtful that it will be able to withstand the training that I'll need to do to get ready for the Corporate Challenge. We'll see, I guess.
