Ran with Tom and Alex. First half was a nice easy jog over to some fields where we did a barefoot loop then came back a little quicker. Did the beginner 10 minute hangboard workout afterwards with a push up and pull up warm-up. This is a hangboard: http://www.metoliusclimbing.com/simulator.html
