No pre-workout today. sucksssssss. ass is draggin' in the gym.
Deadlifts. 1x10 with 135. 2x10 with 225. my shins started getting really scraped up . both of them this time. i need to do something about that next week. then up to 245lbs, aimed for 8 reps, but had to pause after 6 reps cuz the bar was starting to rip off the callouses on my hands since i wasnt using straps yet. So to protect my badges of honor, I fininshed the last 2 reps with straps. added 10 more pounds to 255lbs, and did 5 reps with straps, it was easy, def could have gotten 8 but w/e, it was good.
Hamstring curls. that machine was extremely uncomfortable. cable operated. pinned in 100lbs and did like probably 10 sets of 12 lol i just sat there for a long long time.
Standing calf raises. im glad they have this machine here so i can take advantage of that while im here. 130lbs. did like 8 sets of 15ish. last set was NOS. none of it was that hard though.
3 sets of decline crunches.
