Upslope just opened up a new brewery location and tap house 200 yards from my office, so a few coworkers and I got some beers after work. I biked home from there then went for my run. Unfortunately I could only manage 3 miles today. Did a improvised hangboard workout with pushups and pulls too. My plan is to get up at 6 am tomorrow and go for a run before biking to work. I won't be running tomorrow evening since I plan leaving work to go climbing with Katie and Kevin till dusk.
