gahhhh i neeed my preworkoutsssssssssssssss!
took some Hemavol just for the mental edge.
Using 55lbs for shoulder presses yeahhhh buddy.
3x8, failed to hit the very last rep. but not bad otherwise.
I actually discovered the best front delt superset ever. 25lb plate front raises for 12 reps, immediately followed by 40lb shoulder dumbbell press. awesome. the front raises pre-activate/exhaust the front delt and then you hammer it more with shoulder press. i think i did one set of 8-10 with this, then maybe a 40-30 drop and then a 30 set for 12.
Lateral raises. hit 3x8 with 30lbs. i think they were better than last week but still a tremendous struggle. tough to keep form good, swinging a little. but still improving.
3x10 with 25lbs.
3x12 with 22.5lbs. Did these 3 sets seated!! thats 9 sets right there
add in a NOS set - 25-20-25-10-7.5-5 OUCH
My lower back was sore from stabilizing the heavy weight. gosh. it was so uncomfortable.
Rear delt raises with reverse pec dec.
4x10 w/ 25lbs, and 4x10 with 55lbs.
Couldnt feel it as well with 25lbs vs 22.5lbs.
Traps. Goddamn i was tired by now. no sutstained energy by preworkout.
Planned 5 sets but only did 3 -_-
3x20 with 50lbs shrugs and like 3x10 with like 37.5? facepulls
i was so tired i skipped the next superset. felt kind of guilty about that...
went to the shoulder press machine to hammer the front delts more. did like 3 sets of 10-12 with 60/50lbs on the stack.
Cant wait to try out some of that Cellucor C4 i got yesterday
