Weather: pretty hot
Comments:
first 3.75 with Natalie and Jonathan at about 8:35 pace. Then finished it up for a bit over 6. Did two big surges up two huge hills-prob about a quarter mile each at 6:30 pace. Got the overall pace down under 8. Also another huge hill during the beginning of the run.
