Comments:
Did some 300s on 2 minutes. 44, 44, 44, 46, 47, 46. They were alright. Supposed to be 32 through 200 then kick, but I think I always started my kick super early, about 150 to go, because I would catch the girls early after starting 10 seconds behind them. Pretty exhausted by the end because of that, but groin didn't bug me until the cool down today.
