Weather: 80ish, warm
Comments:
Ran 1.6 out; ran back until 2.39; Walked for about .2; and then ran until I got to 3.0. My hip was sore; I don't think it is killer, but it is not comfortable. I wonder if running is harming it? I probably have bad form. I should try to video tape myself sometime. I don't think my feet land under me properly? The run was okay I'm not in great shape. I hope to break 27 on Monday...Mile 1: 8:31 Mile 2: 8:51; Mile 3: 9:17
