Comments:
Did a fartlek today. Few miles of warmup, then 7x800 "fast". I didn't have anything in particular in mind for pace. I was kinda thinking just close to 5k race pace. Felt decent. It's hard to run fast on the roads sometimes, especially with cars and construction and such that get in the way.
