Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I had a good run today. I ran the whole 30 minutes without one head ache or anything. I ran on the Trans Canada trail. I still felt out of breath though. I had a good OTR session after too. I did DF, footdrills, I rolled myself out, did some stretching, did the ball exercises and a variety of ab workouts.
