Weather: Pretty nice. Just a little muggy
Comments:
Today I ran the longest run I have in quite some time. I was doing good for the first 4 and a half miles, then my knee acted up a little. I took a 5 minute break and then finished off the run.
The first 4.65 miles was in 32:46.
The whole run was 5.5 in 42:05.
I am pretty happy with that.
