Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran later in the afternoon, and went at a decent pace. Quads were very sore from running and from yesterday's leg workout. But nothing unbearable, not enough for me to feel like taking a break.
I'm pretty tired now since I've reached the peak of the week with 3 of the toughest lifts in the last 3 days. Sleep was pretty crappy too so thats why I feel drained. Gotta go finish eating.....
