Comments:
3:24, 3:23, 3:22, 3:20, 3:18, 3:14, 3:10. Pacing was crap throughout each 1000m. I pretty much just went hard and held on as long as I could, especially at the end. Went into some pretty bad oxygen debt on the last one, but I managed to hold it together. I'm happy with how it went, but I may have worked a little harder than was necessary. I just wanted to go fast today though. Bummed I missed practice and had to go it alone.
