Comments:
This was the best run I have had in a long time.
I ran the same route as Wednesday and ran the whole thing. The same part I walked then, I just slowed down to a jog. My knee felt good for most of the run, though. I felt steady throughout.

Very happy.

5.5 miles in 37:18. 5 minutes faster than the other day!
