This upcoming week will be my first week of training for XC 2013. I'm looking to get in 45-50 miles in 6 days with a 10 mile long run. Next Sunday I will probably try to defend my Krit Classic title. I won last year in 16:37 in my second week of training. I'll probably shoot for a similar time and maybe take aim at the course record of 16:31 depending on how I feel. I went out for 8 today around Spring Grove cemetery. My right quad is still very tight for some reason, I'm gonna try and roll it out. Not gonna lie felt a little out of breath on this one, but what else can I expect since I'm just starting up.
