Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
4 miles. Started off slow this time like I "supposed" to be doing I guess
went pretty fast towards the end but felt super easy. Need blisters to get calluses so my feet are burning
at this point I think I could run like any speed but it would just feel like death.. my body can go fast it just hurts to do
