Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I planned on doing a bunch of field's loops but got kicked off after one because because the fields are reserved for soccer only and if runners started running on the grass a path would develop which would ruin its pristine condition. Legs and lungs felt OK on the rest of the run, but I definitely felt the 12" meatball sub I had for lunch sitting in my stomach the entire run.
