Comments:
Got into states, ran hard but nothing crazy. Did what I had to do to make it in the mile - came in second and 1st in large school. For the 4x800 I handed off in first - kinda did my job but the time just wasn't where it needed to be. I hope that Seth gets his head straight because he has not ran fast this spring and needs to at States. my cooldown was awesome by the way
