So today we got a membership at golds... YEA! adn i am now officially my sisters personal trainer. today we were on this wierd machine that could go from stair stepping to running like an olypitcal but not... any way we did 5 min of stairs on high resistance then went to 3 min of running on higher resistance. we kept the same pace the whole time. it was 100 steps a min (on high resistance) we switched on and off for 30 min and got 3.25 miles. not bad :) then we did some killer abs yummmmmmm
