Comments:
Jumped off the bike, took a quick drink, and headed off around the lake. Legs pretty fatigued after the bike, but my mile time check was 6:25. That was very surprising. Just kept getting faster from there. Never intended to go this fast, but I am encouraged that I can go like this after a short, fast bike.
