NP Biking

I signed up for a sprint tri in late July for fun so I wanted to practice today by doing a ride-run.

Workout: fast 10 bike and then 5 run. Tried to hammer the bike hard, but I am a bit disappointed with the result. This is an excuse, but my legs felt tired from the start, and I think it was because I ran at 7pm last night and started this workout at 8am.

Was hoping to ride each 5 mile loop in 15 minutes. Second time around about a minute slower. The biking needs work. . .
