alarm rang this morning. i was like fuck that im tired as hell. but i was like no. i got this. so i swoldiered my way outta bed.
Took 2 scoops of Hemo Rage..........................................................................................
Note to self: never fucking do that again. 2 scoops of hemo rage on an empty stomach made me feel like shit. i wanted to puke during the workout.
Squats actually went real well today. for once im happy about how they went. did 5x6 at 185lbs with GOOD form. or definitely improved form. and it wasn't even my max effort. then like 15 reps at 135lbs with even better form lol. Lower back was not strained unnecessarily. did not need the belt.
Seated calf raises. 5x20 with 70lbs. it was good. but now is where i started to feel like puking.
Hack squats. 3x8 with 45lbs each side. felt heavy as hell but i gotta dig my traps into the pads and it makes it better and i can feel good activation of the glutes.
Calf presses on the leg press. 90lbs each side for 5x20. feelin sore now. so, its good.
Leg press. had 115lbs each side for 4x10, smaller range of motion to isolate the quads. i def would have pushed myself harder this morning except for the fucking hemo rage. not sure if i wanna take that ever again lol.
But i kinda enjoyed the fact that there were only like 3 people in the weight room at this hour.
Im pretty sure either my bodyweight has come down a little this past week. i dont think it's the scale. cuz i look and feel slightly more cut. and i dont think its the increased skin tan either. calories bumped up to 4350 a day approx
