Comments:
I slept for a couple hours (2:30-5:00) because I was pretty tired and then woke up to go running. My back still kills from a sunburn I got yesterday. I started out going pretty slow but gradually picked it up until I was rolling at a steady pace. Legs feel ok today. I took 2 days off in a row because my calves were sore after the race, and last time I pulled one during a roadrace. I'm gonna double later this week to get the miles back.
