Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hit will up for a run today. He only had 7 so I did 4 before he came and then we started almost immediately as I came in. Didn't wanna keep him waiting so my first 4 was kinda fast (25:38), after that we slowed up a little, but still clipped at a mid 6:30s pace for most of the run. I'm gonna back off for the rest of the week and run pretty slow to ensure good recovery. Legs feel good, I think I'm pretty confident after my race.
