Comments:
Ran 50k leg of trail run 100 mile relay. Ate too much gluten the night before and ran the race with an overly full stomach. Not pretty. I learned that carb loading needs to start days in advance and the 12 hours before the race should be easy to digest carbs to keep the stomach from over-filling and causing discomfort. 1st mixed relay. 100 miles in 17:45.
