Comments:
A very humid and buggy 10k. Covered in Knats, had to run with my head down to avoid from inhaling the little buggers. But still ran a decent 10k. Set out to just run a fast first half so I could get the feeling of being fast again. But ended up having a more than decent 2nd half as well. I did stop at the dog park to talk to some friends but I think I will count that towards my time instead of deduct it. The second half felt really good, focused on good form and short, quick, powerful strides!
