Was suppose to be an easy recovery run from yesterdays hard work out. But with all the rain, mud puddles and soaked clothes I think it was another hard day. Just kidding, nice easy to loosen up the muscles. Time to start to really taper off for this race. 34 minutes is an overestimate!
