Comments:
I felt out of control for most of the race. The first mile especially. The second mile felt better and I pushed it a little when Pete slowed down a bit. I got dragged through the last mile, which was what I needed. I outkicked Pete and David at the end, which is most of what I wanted today. Pacing was very even as well. 5:13 and 5:16 for the first two miles.
