Comments:
Ran to JCU with Emil. Didn't feel great heading out, calves were kinda tight, but stretched and grabbed a drink of water at their track, and felt better on the way back. Slept like eleven and a half hours last night so maybe that's why I didn't feel so hot on the way out. Negative split by like 2 minutes because of the downhill (32:32/ 30:31) so like 7:20 out and 6:56 or so back. Decent for how backloaded this week was. Hit mileage though. No excuses, no regrets. Talked a little bit about goals for the season.
