Comments:
Ran with the Pasadena Pacers running club today. At least for the mid-week runs, it seems like its a bit too casual to be a helpful training group for me, so I think I'll look elsewhere. It was a solid run, I felt very sore at the outset, but the last two miles were both under 6:50.
