I stopped at 3.4 miles this morning because I had to get ready for work. I've really enjoyed my runnning today while I've been watching Slumdog Millionaire. Watching DVDs is a good diversion and motivator while I get into the swing of things. From tomorrow, I'm going to make sure I give myself time to run 5 miles per day. My studying is over now and I've got the summer holidays to get fit and lose a heap of weight. Between eating less, running and knocking down walls/shifting rubble as part of the house renovations, I reckon I can lose 2 stone in 2 months. OK, I've decided that's my goal. Starting today (16th June) and ending on 16th August, I will drop from 13st 7lb to 11st 7lb. I can do this. Nobody's going to do it for me and I owe it to nobody but myself! Come on - run fat girl! RUN!
