first AT run

Weather: warm good conditions

Comments:
6:18, first mile was down hoach and was difficult cuz the storm destroyed the trail in places and the last mile I died from the uphill heading back to campus from park entrance. My left calf started hurting with 4.5 miles to go, and then spiked again with 3miles to go but the pain was manageable. I am going to take tomorrow easy and monitor my calf
