Comments:
Was in the car all day coming home from Maryland, didn't get to run there unfortunately but it was really nice to let my puppy meet my sister.
Took a really long nap and barely ate before running- was hitting a really solid pace the first 2 miles so I just sped up. Took my favorite course backwards and hit some ungodly hills- MAINTAINED MY PACE! There was some points where I was like wow fuck this and it was really terrible and painful but I kept going and I felt like my old self. The sky was beautiful, everything felt too awesome. bloody feet & a beetle in my hair
had a mile in there at 7:09 with the rest of them being 7:15's with my first and last being 7:30's
