I had 45 minutes mild today. I started by jogging and as I started picking up a little bit, I felt some stomach up-sets. it must have been the late chinese lunch that i took with Zach.Otherwise i went to bathroom and I was able to finish my run. No pain or injuries, other than stomach aches.
