Comments:
Today I started running an easy 4 miles, but then I felt amazing so I decided to make it my steady state run for the week. I did 3 miles in this loop around my neighborhood and cooled down 1 mile back home. My pace for the first three was 7:30 and the last one was 8:30ish. I felt really strong and powerful, it was a good day!
