Comments:
jogged to the AC for a 6:30 am run with hannah, so i was tired. took it easy, surprisingly didn't feel sore despite having worked out less than 12 hours ago. first wednesday run, so i kept it short/chill. pool ran for 30 minutes afterwards and walked back home
