Comments:
I went for a 15 minute run today and it felt pretty good. I even reached 4:45 minute kilometer pace! It is not fast, but it has been a while. Don't worry, I was not pushing it too hard. I ran on the Trans Canada trail. :) I also did a CORE workout.
