Ran long today since I don't know what tomorrow's schedule will look like. John was getting ready to run at the same time I was so I looped the second lake with him, and then looped Shaker-Richmond-Fairmount, which was the standard house long run loop last fall. Quads felt tired basically from the start of the run so this wasn't super fast but it was decent otherwise. Left foot felt a little sore at the end-- gotta focus on being a "grass magnet".
