Weather: rain but warm, nice

Comments:
nice run except for some stiffness in the lower shins for the first half, at least, but loosened up nicely on the loop back. coulda gone on forever, so that was great. still, clearly i'm not stretching enough, or sleeping enough. careful!

oh, ran after oatmeal and tea, stomach was calm and relatively empty. good strong core, which made the shin stiffness so amazing. had it not been for that, i think could have run much faster.
