Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I went for a 15 minute run today on the Trans Canada trail. I was feeling pretty good near the end, but I was not feeling like I could go on much longer. It was really humid too, so that might have been a factor for how I was feeling. I did some weight training and arms today too.
