Comments:
Didn't actually run today, wanted to see if IT band would feel better by tomorrow. Did normal amount of stretching for hamstrings and quads, and played basketball... didn't really help my knees all that much. IT band actually felt loosened, but was still overall sore, felt pretty stiff overall, but better than yesterday. Didn't do any weight bearing exercises, but did a little bit of core.
