It was so unearthly hot, these heat wave is killer, waited to run until 7. Unfortunately the Mexican food I ate for lunch was still heavy in my stomach, so I was pretty convinced I was going to puke. 2 mile warm up pretty slow. 4 mile tempo and then 2 mile cooldown that was too slow but whatever. 7:54 7:50 5:50 5:39 5:34 5:33 8:36(I think this one was a mile and a tenth or something I paused at one point) 7:57.
