the 300lb club

90+ degrees in my room. got 4 fans going. toss and turn. cant fall asleep. way too hot. look at my clock, it's 2AM. sip on some La Croix, walk downstairs and lie down on the couch. still can't fall asleep. move to a different couch. finally i fall semi-asleep for an hour. woke up due to discomfort. its 4:30AM. walked back upstairs to my room, fell asleep til 7AM. wake up, time for deadlifts.

Took a packet of Animal Rage again. this time it energized me well, no mood swings. warm up 2 sets. then load up 300lbs on the bar. did 3x4. approached the bar with pure, 100% confidence each time. no belt, no strap, just raw. 300 actually felt easier than before like 295. but the initial lift off is def rounded back.

4x8 with 185lbs on the bent over row. i think i wanna focus on the tbar a bit more in the next few back workouts to let the gains carry over. def need to work on the MMC more with these heavier rowing weights.

3x6 with 170lbs on the lat pulldown. slow negatives on the last rep. then a 150-120-100-90-80 NOS. sore lats now.

my wrists werent feelin' it. so just did like 2x6 with 40lbs of hammer curls. no ez bar today
